A blog for DevSource.com.

This blog was originally part of the blogs.ziffdavis.com site from May 2005 through June 2007 when the blog was moved to the Movable Type blog engine and hosted at blog.devsource.com/devlife.
The original blog was eventually shut down and I was given the posts so that I could host them on my own site.

Missing Mix? Lots of bloggers are there!

I've been keeping up with a little of what is going on at the MIX06 3-day conference in Las Vegas thanks to lots of bloggers being there. Also there is a page on the MIX site called Virtual Mix that you can see videos and read news about what's going on. Today was the first day. One session that I really wish I could see live is Clemens Vasters showing off live his newtellivision application that is a full blown WCF server with that blends gobs of bleeding edge technologies. Clemens wrote this application which is a streaming video server so that he can keep up with his favorite German programming when he is not in Germany. Here is his introduction post to newtellivision since I can't do it justice in two sentences. And I'm sure it was (if it has alrady happened) a mind-blowing session at MIX!
